Fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, kitting, shipping, and other services provided by Ghost Ship are governed by separate agreements between Ghost Ship and its clients.

If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a separate written service agreement between Ghost Ship and a client, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Sample Fulfillment Portal

Ghost Ship may provide authorized users with access to a sample fulfillment portal through which users may request sample products provided by participating Ghost Ship clients.

The sample fulfillment portal is not an online retail store. Ghost Ship does not sell the sample products offered through the portal, and no payment is collected from users through the website for sample product requests.

Sample products are provided on behalf of the applicable Ghost Ship client and may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, quantity limitations, geographic restrictions, or other requirements established by Ghost Ship or the applicable client.

Submission of a sample request does not guarantee that the request will be accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

Ghost Ship reserves the right to reject, cancel, modify, or limit sample requests when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse, inaccurate information, product unavailability, shipping limitations, or instructions from the applicable client.

Authorized Accounts
